Available Phage Display Screening Services
We offer phage display library screening services, including the use of synthetic VHH phage display libraries to discover high-affinity binding agents. Synthetic libraries can be screened against virtually any target and help bypass limitations that can show up with naïve or immunized libraries.
We also provide naïve library screening services using human scFv and Camelid VHH libraries as faster, cost-effective starting points. In addition, we have created two synthetic libraries in different phage vectors that can be screened against your target of choice or used as the basis for a custom immunized phage display library from various sources.
We specialize in creating phage display libraries from immunized sources, particularly VHH single-domain antibody libraries from alpacas or llamas. We also offer supporting services such as antibody engineering and affinity maturation when additional performance gains are needed.
